To improve organizational performance, we must improve productivity, processes, behavior, and communication. To continuously improve performance we must do these things habitually.
This course builds on the basic supervision skills learned in Supervision Part I: Fundamentals of Leadership and provides participants with:
- Five specific listening techniques
- An effective situation improvement process
- Practical application in the classroom
- Practical skills for improving work and life situations
Participants will select a real-life situation from work. They will apply the listening techniques and an innovation process to their chosen situation to improve the organization's performance.
