Jeffrey is an organizational effectiveness consultant. He focuses on diversity and cultural competence to help companies reduce bias, embrace change, improve communication and customer service, resolve conflict, and develop innovative solutions. Routinely, Jeffrey works with all staff levels, frequently advising executives, managers and supervisors in union environments. His specialties include both domestic and international concerns.

Jeffrey has helped senior level staff from more than 35 countries understand and adapt to U.S. business practices. As a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), he has conducted hundreds of individual and group feedback sessions for people living in North America, Europe and Asia. Jeffrey also provides feedback on behalf of the IDI’s owner to individuals seeking certification to administer the instrument.

With nearly 20 years experience spanning the arts and intercultural fields, Jeffrey works professionally as a theater artist, management consultant, corporate trainer, and intercultural coach. He is an adjunct faculty instructor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota where he teaches in the Management program. Jeffrey also serves on the Creativity and Innovation Team at Trusight.
